We held a Festival of Faiths in the Chancellor’s Mall.  Religious communities joined Chaplain Gill and us in the Mall to explore different faiths.  To break the ice, we invited students to sample a selection of teas from around the world and to enjoy a UK biscuit!

One of our SU Advisors, Danielle, held Special Circumstances (previously Mit Circs) drop-ins in the Loft.  An opportunity for students to have an informal chat and get help if needed.  

Course Rep Briefs took place throughout November on Mondays and Wednesdays, helping Reps prepare for their upcoming SSLC.

We did canvas painting in the Mall and Board games in the Loft.

Speak Week was held during November; the topic this time was Block Teaching.  We would like to thank the student volunteers who helped us collect feedback.  We really appreciate it, and importantly, you will make a difference to the student experience.   

We are collecting warm clothing donations from staff for our upcoming Winter Warmer Sale. We will be selling (at very low prices) warm clothing to students to raise money for Bolton Hospice.
